I have registered but cannot login
After entering your registration details you will be sent an activation link via email. Please ensure you have activated your account.
If you still cannot login after activating the account, please make sure cookies are enabled on your browser. Please note, to avoid confusion your clan
share one login name & password.
I have entered a league but my team do not appear in the ladder.
You must have a War arranger entered for the leagues you wish to play or your team are not eligible to play in the league.
I can't enter a War Arranger
You must first enter a Ladder before it is possible to enter the War arranger for that game.
I can't enter a War Server
You must first enter a Ladder before it is possible to enter the War server for that game.
I goto make a match challenge but no games appear
The challenge option is only enabled if you are in the ladder & have entered a War arranger. If you have not entered the ladder &
a War arranger then then you cannot make a challenge for that game, and therefore it is not listed.
I have sent a challenge, now what?
Visit the 'Challenge Management' page to view the status of the challenge.
I sent a challenge and it appeared in the challenge management page successfully but now it has dissapeared, why?
If your challenge no longer appears in your challenge management section then the opponent has either declined the challenge or has left the ladder.
I received and email stating that I had been challenged in a ladder, but when I went to challenge management the challenge was not there.
The opponent challenged you and you were sent an email, however, the opponent then deleted the challenge so it will no longer appear in challenge management.
I sent a challenge and wish to edit it, how?
Goto the challenge management section and if the opponent has not already accepted your challenge you can edit it. Select your challenge
and either delete or edit it.
I arranged a match that was accepted and has now been confirmed but I have made an error and cannot make this match, how do I delete it?
Once a match is accepted it is stored and will appear in the match results section. You cannot enter the result until the scheduled date of the match has passed.
If you wish to delete the match, simply wait for the match date to pass and select the 'match was cancelled option'.
My matches appear on my personal calendar, but not on the public calendar.
The personal clan calendar shows all matches that you have arranged or are in the process of arranging,
the public calendar only shows those matches that are confirmed, so are therefore placed on the schedule.
The opponent did not turn up for the match, what now?
Click on 'Match Results' and then 'Enter Result'. Click on the link shown if the opponent did not turn up.
The opponent is refusing to confirm my result.
If your opponent has not responded within 1 week, click on 'Match Results' and an option will appear to 'Force Result'.
